Tree Hazard & Risk Assessment Reports
The purpose of tree risk assessment is to inspect and assess, in detail, the health and structure of all tree parts, surrounding targets, and environmental conditions. This assessment will provide a report with options for mitigating / the reducing risks associated with the tree and the surrounding areas..
Arboricultural Impact Assessments
Arboricultural Impact Assessment reporting, provides the Consent Authority (Council) with detailed information on your proposed development, and the impact that development will have on the trees within your site, Council nature strip and neighbouring properties. This highly specialised report can only be produced by AQF Level 5 Consulting Arborists. These reports are required for development purposes and are often requested by Council as part of the Development Application (DA) process in conjunction with a Tree Protection Plan
Council Tree Applications
We provide a Council tree application service where we take all the required information Council requires and submit the application on your behalf.
Lodging Council tree application can be confusing if you don’t know the species of the tree. Allow our team to assist you with the process, give you advise on what work your trees require and submit the application with Arboricultural recommendations from a AQF Level 5 Arborist.
